Part Two:
Here's Index Formula
(# of trophies * 0.5) + (amount of people * 0.25) + (happiness * 0.25)
------------------------------------------------
10

Nigeria:
trophies : 1/10
people : 7/10
happiness : 4.88/10
(0.1 * 0.5) + (0.7 * 0.25) + 0.488 * 0.25) = 0.347
FHD = 0.347/10

I think Nigeria scored pretty low considering being one of the most successful teams in Africa. I think that the measurement that influenced the Index the most was the amount of trophies won in the last 10 years. I would definitely change the weighting or even change what i was measuring because i think that a trophy is something that does not happen often and should not be weighted that high. I think that instead of trophies I would measure the success rate by maybe taking the tallies of a top 10 or top 5 finish. Other than that i think that the other 2 measurements are weighted alright.

Germany:
trophies : 1/10
people: 8.5/10
happiness : 6.72/10
(01 * 0.5) + (0.85 * 0.25) + (0.672 * 0.25) = 0.588
FHD = 0.588/10

European football will always be insane and that's why Germany has more people watching games than Nigeria. That definitely effected the FHD but also i had the same issue here with the trophies. Most countries don't win that many trophies and i must've not realized that so i would change that in the future. I also don't think that i calculated the the happiness index correctly because I only used the whole population and not the specific population but i guess it works because it shows a percentage relation of people to happiness.
